This is Gyoza

Ingredients

Filling

  • 1 head cabbage
  • 6 scallion
  • 1 carrot
  • 5 soaked shitake mushroom
  • 6 medium cloves garlic
  • 2 teaspoons grated ginger
  • 1.5 tbsp sugar
  • white pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 750g ground pork
  • 1tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1tsp baking soda

Directions

  1. Chop cabbage finely and small, salt for 2 hours

  2. Chop carrot, scallion, mushroom finely

  3. wring cabbage dry and combine with other vegetables, grated ginger and garlic

  4. Add ground pork, tsp salt, white pepper, sugar

  5. knead vigorously till mixture feels tacky
