Glutinous Rice Balls Variations

Ingredients
Tang Yuan
- 200g Glutinous rice flour
- 180g water
Baked Mochi
- 250g sweet potato
- 15g butter
- 15g coconut oil
- 4 Tbsp sugar
- 140g tapioca flour
Directions
For Tang Yuan

Combine flour with warmed water

Scoop out a 1” diameter ball of dough and boil till it floats. Mix into dough and cover with damp towel
For Baked Mochi

Steam sweet potato, mash, combine with butter, oil, sugar, and pinch salt.

Add tapioca flour and knead until a dough is formed

Form into balls and bake at 180 convection for 15-18 minutes until the bottom forms a brown crust.
