Wet

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/2 - 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup oil or 150g butter
  • 500g flour
  • vanilla
  • 1tsp baking soda
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • pinch salt

Directions

  1. Whip egg whites with pinch sugar
  2. cream egg yolks, fat of choice, sugar, vanilla
  3. combine flour, baking soda/powder, salt
  4. add mixture from (2) into egg whites, fold in flour
  5. bake at 160 for 30 minutes
