Albanian butter cake

This recipe is for albaninan butter cake
Ingredients
Wet
- 4 Eggs
- 1/2 - 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup oil or 150g butter
- 500g flour
- vanilla
- 1tsp baking soda
- 1tsp baking powder
- pinch salt
Directions
- Whip egg whites with pinch sugar
- cream egg yolks, fat of choice, sugar, vanilla
- combine flour, baking soda/powder, salt
- add mixture from (2) into egg whites, fold in flour
- bake at 160 for 30 minutes
